Early voting on campus is here!

did you know that michigan has nine days of early voting?

The City of East Lansing is operating an Early Voting Center on campus for the Presidential Primary election. That’s right—you can vote ON CAMPUS for NINE DAYS before Election Day!

Location: STEM Building at Michigan State University, 642 Red Cedar Road

Dates and Times: Saturday, Feb. 17-Sunday, Feb. 25 from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. each day

Want to register and vote?

University students who are US citizens and eligible to vote have two options for voting : 

  • Register to vote using your student address.

  • Register to vote using your permanent home address.

*If you’re an out of state student you CAN register at your Michigan campus address and it WILL NOT impact your financial aid or university residency status*

  • Are there any local issues or candidates that you are passionate about?

  • Which location will be easier logistically?

  • Where do you want your vote to count?
